patch a2.2

main changes:

• changes to physics (less friction, different hitbox shape for player)
• in-game time display
• time only starts upon first input
• checkpoints (prevents cheating, wont affect gameplay at all)

bug fixes:

• pressing L while inputting into a text field still returns to menu
• game will return to main menu again after finishing a map and returning manually with L
